The story of Scali Ristorante began when Antonio Scali decided to move his family from the southern Italian village of Anoia Superiore, in the region of Calabria, to the United States in search of a more prosperous life.
His son Frank knew from the beginning food service was his calling. He began his career as a dishwasher in a north side restaurant. He learned the restaurant business from the ground up in several local Italian restaurants. There he met his wife Judy who grew up in Columbus but whose family was from Alvito, a town in the central Italy region of Lazio.
Frank felt Columbus still needed a family style Italian restaurant. In 1993 he opened Scali Ristorante in suburban Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The focus was authentic Italian dishes, prepared by Mama Scali and the rest of the family, Father Antonio, Frank and wife Judy. Their dedication to quality ingredients, service, and creating a family atmosphere brought the faithful back time and time again.
It's this foundation that Scali Ristorante continues with into the future. Striving to be a premier destination for quality Italian cuisine and a destination where you are part of the family.

Scali Ristorante offers a wide range of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, seafood, meat, and vegetarian options. All our ingredients are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and authenticity. We also have a wide selection of wines and cocktails to complement your meal.
Scali Ristorante is now accepting carry-out orders Tuesday through Saturday. Order early and pick up from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

All Entrees are served with a choice of a side of house pasta in a red sauce, or seasonal vegetable. Substitute cream sauce $3 per side.
